"During my initial meeting with the director, I was new to daycare and did not know which questions I should be asking. However, I feel she did not guide us. On my child’s first day I thought she’d be there to show us the ropes and she was not. She also did not send me any link to the app. I was not showed how to use the log in process, and even though the process is simple, she could have simply took my through the process. I mostly say this because I only just recently found out the log in on the app does not correspond with the log in on the lobby pc. I thought my child was being checked in/out by teachers and I didn’t understand why the need for the lobby pc. I have also sent emails that have no been responded to. I generally just feel a lack of communication over all. I do love my child’s teacher, I just wish there was a time I could more easily talk to her face to face."

"I love the school and I think the new teacher that has taken over the class in the past couple weeks is great. I do, however, think there has been a lot of teacher turnover in the past couple months, which did not seem to be a problem when we first started. It is also not clear to me if someone has been promoted to assistant director yet. If they have, it would be nice to receive some type of formal communication letting us know."

"There have been moments where a specific teacher concerned me. However, I have never had any issues with this daycare. I brought my son here when he was around 5 months old because his previous daycare was horrible. So I came in very hesitant of trusting other people. The teachers here are truly fantastic."

"Overall we love the teachers and the experiences we have had! One of the difficult things is sometimes the pathway to the infant room has alot of toys or things blocking the entrance/exit which makes it hard to get in and out of the room, I'm often afraid I'll trip with the baby. I also like when all teachers and assistants are at least in Jeans and a la petite shirt. Doesnt even need to be collared. I've noticed one of the teachers/assistants has worn what appears to be pajamas. If it is a special day, it's one thing, but I hope for something a little more professional on a consistant basis. Communication is good, and I genuinely want to know if it was a good/bad day. I know there are going to be bad days just keep me posted:)"

"I wouldn’t recommend this school to any parent. Teachers are distracted, some teachers and aides talk to the children with true ugliness. Witnessed it multiple times, I complained, no action taken. I overheard her for several minutes losing her composure: 2 year old class. The only consistency in their program is asking you to pay your bill....hear me out...bill is due on Mondays, they give you until Wednesday. Between Tuesday morning & Wednesday afternoon?? Every time you walk in the door they ask for payment. Trust me, parents know if the daycare bill is paid or not. It’s not just a reminder, it’s complete hounding. Will ask for your debit card....literally...director asked for my card!! It was a Tuesday morning! Never experienced this at any daycare before. Won’t mention your child having an accident, but asks for your debit card. They charge $205+ a week, not worthy of the money they charge. Not professional by any means. Go to Primrose, same price, professional, worth the money."
