"When I first enrolled my son I loved this school he was coming home with activities, telling me he made friends and was having fun. About 2 months after being enrolled he now comes home telling me that kids are mean and push him during outdoor time, teachers aren't nice to him, he even cries in the morning saying he doesn't wanna go to school. As any mother would feel that's heart breaking I'm not sure exactly what's going on in school but there's definitely something odd up.."

"The school is clean and the teachers are friendly. The thing is I feel like a transaction in this school and typically when I pick my child up, she is sitting by herself and not interacting with the other children. It would be great if the teachers encouraged her more to be with the others, etc. Also, I'm not really clear on what she eats daily unless I ask. The recap of the day has the day's menu but when I ask the teacher, they say my child didn't eat much so I would much rather they write that on the daily recap instead of the day's menu. Also, when my child is out for consecutive days, no one calls to ask what's happening. It would be nice to hear them say we noticed your child has missed a few days, everything ok? etc. It's attention to detail and just the general feeling."
