Finally, the corporate team lead in Customer Service, Michelle. I recommend that you review your policies in processing parents refunds. My perception of our conversation based upon your tone, was that you lacked empathy and demonstrated to me that it was an annoyance that I called you regarding this matter. In conclusion, I am confident that La Petite will refund the credit on my account, but if possible I would like an executive from the corporate office to contact me. Thank you."

"The last school my son attending was a huge disappointment. Since coming here I have discovered what a real school should be like. I feel totally and completely comfortable dropping my son off every morning. I know that he is being cared for in the best possible way. He comes home and asks to go back to “the apple school” because he is excited to see his teacher Mrs. Alicia. I am so thankful to have found this school and will definitely recommend it to everyone."

"I entered N/A for the questions at the beginning about our director because our director recently left and we do not have a new one. I do care deeply about who becomes the next director. There are two women who are the leaders in the meantime, and I think Mrs. Renisha would make a fantastic director. As a parent, I'd be a bit wary if Mrs. Rowan became the director and want to observe carefully for a while, possibly making the decision to change schools. I believe that it is mostly a style/school culture difference for me, not a question of capability or worth. I bring this up because since the school is in the transition process and the survey was interested in reasons I've considered changing schools in the past, I thought this feedback may also be informative."

"The school needs to address the safety concerns of the parking lot. The parking lot is an unsuitable size for staff members and parents. There is an adjacent parcel of land that is vacant, that possibly could be purchased to expand the parking lot. This issue has been brought to the attention of corporate and the owners of this la petite. I would not recommend this daycare. The safety of your children should begin as soon as you enter onto the property of the care provider, this includes the parking lot. If the parking lot of this facility is not safe for parents and their children to safely navigate drop off and pick up, then imagine what other safety concerns are not being addressed once inside the actual facility."

"I am writing in regards to one of your biggest problematic issues that your facility faces on a daily basis is the lack of parking. It is a safety issue for entering and exiting the location. It is the perception of many parents, both currently enrolled and future families, that the corporate office and the owners take no interest in resolving this issue. Parents have voiced concern to the director, and the response we receive from her is that corporate is unwilling to look into acquiring the adjacent land to develop it into an expanded parking lot. Currently a group of parents are gathering information on the adjacent land, and preparing to present the topic to the local media and the safety hazard its creates for both the parents and children. I am hoping this message is received by the appropriate personnel, and they take this parking safety issue seriously and address the parents concerns in some form of positive communication."

"We let my daughter stay home with us for a while after the birth of our son. It was amazing how much she missed school, and the routines established by her teachers for her and her classmates. We noticed a definite shift in her confidence during those few weeks, and decided it would be best for her to attend daycare for the remainder of my maternity leave. She started back in a different class than she left, and the transition was difficult for the first couple of weeks. All of of her teachers, including ones from her previous rooms, went above and beyond in helping her readjust to being away from home during the day. The love and care my daughter has received from all of the staff at La Petite has blown me away. I had no doubts about where to enroll my son, when we found out we were expecting a second child. I’m am so thankful for tbe partnership in care I feel has been established for me and my kids."
