"I love the daycare because my daughter loves it. But, I would love to see a more cheerful environment, more energy. There are three teachers who are great examples of what a teacher should be at this location. Other than that, it's very clean, organized, and the kids are well behaved."
"The Lady that gave me the tour was really nice and friendy she anwsered all my questions but she only showed me the class my child would be in! the whole place smells like baby **** the rug and floor in the class was dirty, I did not get the menu to see what they would eat! I have no intrested anymore in enrollening my child in that school !"

When enrolling advised if student does not attend that week their is no fee. Today informed by staff if student does not attend any days during holiday week eg: xmas or new year's week student is still required to pay half tuition price when xmas break/xmas eve attendance is requested by today. I was also informed when signing up with the exception of specified designated holidays fac will be open normal business hrs. 11/30/18 was informed facility will close at 2pm the week of Xmas. For us contributi factor in choosing this location due to parent holiday work schedule. Also, informed today unable to transition to 3 day week of care pricing during New years eve week when fac. is open only 4 days and children are still on school break. Are we paying for attendance for other children? Need student ID pic for teacher to ID student. Privacy screen for check in"
"Cameras in lobby area should cover all areas of facility in which a child is permitted to go and designated food areas Eg: kitchen and areas where child milk/diapers personal supplies are stored. Children return home with private information from school in their backpacks and the book bags are the first at door of entry. Other parents/unauthorized staff can easily access child personal belongings unnoticed. As if today I only noted 4 views on the cameras. Anothe suggestion would be to email parents regarding facility concerns or conferences needed. Leaving slips of paper with childs full name on counter top violates the childs privacy. This information is left on countertops and near login screen to clock children in. My childs food allergy should not be known to every parent due to kitchen staff negligence in maintaining his privacy regardless of ones views on the issue. I also question if staff is informing other adults outside facility what is going on with individual kids."
"This is an amazing institute for children of all ages. We love this school/daycare institute. Our daughter loves all the staff. We feel so welcomed and appreciated every day we come in! Staff is so nice, positive and professional."

"My experience with this school has always been remarkable. When my child is coughing a lot and needs her medicine I know I can count on them to help administer her asthma medication in my absence. If I am ever worried about my daughter I know I can call them to get an update. Mrs. Val and Mrs. Laura are amazing women I am proud and confident to leave my child in there hands while I go to work. Sometimes I am overloaded with work and school and do not get to provide my child with the most nutritious dinner. This school provides my child with nutritious foods I know she gets what she needs for her growing body. I speak with the staff I encounter everyday and I appreciate everything they do for my child and myself. They really care or my child with lots of love and affection. For example they bundled up my daughter on a really cold day with an extra lay or of clothing to protect her from the cold due to her asthma when the class went outside to play. I love how even though I get help form the state in the form of a voucher my child and I are not discriminated against or treated any differently than any other parent or child."
