"Having additional classes for an extra charge when we already pay so much is ridiculous. These things should already be included in the tuition. Enrollment fees, activity fees, etc, tuition goes up every year, yet I come in and see three people sitting in the office talking, it is very frustrating to see. I do not think the teachers are treated fairly either, being sent home to cut costs because the ratio is down. The reduced staff holiday schedule form is frustrating too. I pay for the full week, I should get to decide that day if I am sending my child in or not, just like any other day."

"Great director and assistant directors. Teachers more difficult to communicate with. Often ignore me completely at drop off /pick up. Like not even eye contact or a head nod, act like I’m a ghost! Brightwheel app makes it a bit easier to communicate, a plus! Very happy with meals and activities."

"The parking area is not safe at all for families and dropping off the children. It is too close to the main street and there is no fence around the parking area. There is no speed sign or school sign or stop sign in the street as well as at the intersection of the school. Food quantity and quality can be much better than now. But overally the school is very good and we are satisfied. Thanks for your care."
