"We love the director, Emily. She was really great when we went through the search to find the right spot and has been nothing but caring and loving toward our child. As a family, we really wish the facility had individual rooms and age groups could have the opportunity to learn and be cared for in more of a classroom setting with a door. Our teachers have been great to our knowledge but we have had a few colder drop off situations with some of the care providers which isn't always a comforting feeling and does leave me with concern. Our child has been cared for and our concerns are heard and usually acted upon which is important to us."

"We absolutely love Ms. Tammie, however the school changed the teachers in the infant room and I no longer know who is the room with my child. I was told the names of the teachers yet I have not met them or been told any information about them. My child is often left in the care of the gal that works the front desk and I do not think she is fit to be doing so. She often seems to be stressed out when I pick my child up at the end of the day. I found Ms. Alisha to be rude the day I called and explained that my child had Hand Foot and Mouth and would not be returning to day care. Then stated that they would start cleaning things, I feel that if they are the ones who sent her home thinking that is what she had they should have started to clean when she left. As well as I have had issues with the teachers keeping socks on her when she is there. I asked why they were not on her and the gal in the infant room did not have an answer for me. I am very unhappy with the care that my child is receiving and do not believe that anyone is doing anything to correct these issues."

"Jennifer is one of the best teachers that the school has. Shes great with all of the children. And she teaches while they are having fun. There have been several teachers in my son's classroom that has been just as great as jennifer but she's the only one that has stuck around. I really wish missy would come back to this location. We really need her."

"I was told we would get 2 pictures a day on Brightwheel but we barely get 2 pictures a week. Most days we get none. That is disappointing but otherwise things seem ok."
