"Overall, our family has had a very positive experience at LPA. My only concerns are that there are times when the facility is understaffed and the classes can be a bit chaotic. For example, rather than two teachers per class, there may only be one or classes have to be combined to cover. Secondly, the messages that are sent in Brightheel or typed in the newsletter should be proofread before they are posted. Finally, I have a concern about how often the toys are disinfected."

"Truly love the school and the teachers. Only thing I wish the turnover with staff would not be so frequent. Have seen many amazing teachers gone. I do not think the staff is treated as well as they should be and that is speaking for me and many other parents I have spoke with. The after school teacher and bus driiver has been absolutely amazing and so caring. She makes me feel so comfortable having my son there. Always reading to them and has taught my son to clean up after himself. I am thankful to have somewhere where I can go to work and know my child is loved and safe."

"We love it here. Our daughter has been there for a little over two months and has met or exceeded all our expectations. We were drawn to La Petite because of the overall atmosphere and nurturing nature of the caregivers in the infant room. Other places we looked at, the staff was there to do a job and seemed like nothing more, kind of cold. Here, the staff seems to love what they do and treat every child as if they would their own. Every caregiver we've come in contact here is genuinely interested in our daughter and cares for her in such a loving way, it's really made going back to work easier, knowing she's being cared for. We love the opportunity to get involved through holiday events and the themed weeks. We have recommended La Petite to numerous friends with infants and toddlers. We are excited to continue here and see what's in store as you all move forward."

"My son has been enrolled at this school since he was 6 months old. He has moved from the infant room to the toddler room and is now currently in the two year old room. He absolutely loves the teachers and all the staff. It gives me comfort knowing that they care about him. There are a few issues that I have about the school. The first one is that the two year old room has an open concept, which is fine, but the kids can leave the class room without any troubles if the teacher turns their back or are helping another kid. This is a huge safety concern. I know the teachers are doing the best they can to keep the kids wrangled but it is a difficult task with a bunch of two year olds. I think that they should install safety gates or half doors at the openings to help keep the kids in the room. Another thing that would help in the two year old room is putting up a mirror so the teacher can see around the corner. The class room is in an "L" shape which makes it hard for them to see the whole class room if they are helping a kid with the restroom or washing hands. The last thing that I am going to mention today is that they put in a magnetic lock on the front door so you have to push the button to get out. The problem with that is they only installed it on one of the doors so you can still just walk out of the other door without having to release the magnet. My son is now strong enough that he can push the door open by himself. This concerns me because the school is located on a busy road. Again, the staff are fantastic but if these few things were fixed it would make their jobs easier and less stressful."

"Mrs. Janet and her team are very friendly, professional, informative, and caring towards the children they serve. All teaching staff greet parents when they come into the building. They do with a smile which makes it a positive environment for my son entering the school since he sometimes has a hard time with me leaving him in the morning. When I see him at the end of the day I feel that he had a good day, he's smiling and offers friendly farewells to the teachers and children. The environment is great and the leadership team always has a positive attitude! Thanks for creating a safe, educational, and caring atmosphere for the children! This makes going to work easier."
