"We like our child's teachers and we love the curriculum. The school offers a lot of activities and programs which could potentially be taxing on teachers. We don't want overworked, tired teachers because that can result in poor care for children. We also want to ensure the directors focus on providing regular feedback and accountability to teachers. During drop off there appears to never be a director present and on at least three occasions I've heard yelling at students, not in my child's class. Before the Thanksgiving program, as parents were lining up, one of the teachers was openingly yelling at students to stop certain behaviors. I don't think yelling should ever be a first resort in a childcare center. Yelling is concerning to us."
