"We are extremely satisfied with my toddler's teacher Ms. Carla this year! She is patient, loving and caring! My toddler was talking about her all the time at home! We know Ms. Carla truly loves her kids in the room! I am Chinese, and in order to celebrate Chinese New Year, Ms. Carla even taught kids how to say Monekyin Chinese and she guided these kids to color a monkey mask, since this is the Year of Monkey. I really appreciate Ms. Carla shows consideration about diversity in cultural education! I cannot thank her enough for being kind and caring to my child!"

"Overall I feel my child is safe. I do not think we are getting the quality we are paying for. Teacher rotations and assignments are ridiculous. Some days I don't know the person with my child. Staff should arrive 10 minutes before opening to set rooms up. Waiting for mats and toys to be layer out it not right. Neither is having to move cribs around from one classroom to another. Some days there is no teacher in the room and a fill in has to be found. This person usually does not know the room. Even with PreciouStatus, when asked how the day went or why they are in different clothes, an answer can't be give due to another teacher being there at the time. Also the room smells strongly of carpet deodorizer. So much my child smells like it when they come home. When I first mentioned this, the AD at the time implied my husband was having an affair."

"This has been the best child care facility we have used. However, it is concerning because we are starting to see some of the same issues that caused us to leave other places, mostly management changes resulting in high turnover and loss of great teachers and staff who have great relationships with the children."
