"Everyone is nice and friendly."

"When I first started looking for childcare for my daughter I was hesitant and nervous just as any mother would be . I went to La Petite in White Settlement and toured that facility . We fell in love with it at that moment . We put a deposit down and they held our spot for a couple months . My daughter started in August . I loved that we could log into the Watch me Grow cameras and live stream our daughter's classroom and see what she was up to, I could see her grow while I was at work and learn new things. I thought that nothing would happen to her and I could trust this daycare especially with the cameras. That unfortunately was farthest from the truth. A week after my child started she came home with an abrasion and a bruise on her face. They said she fell against a wall while hanging on to a shelf . Mind you she was too young to walk and was very uneasy on her feet. The next day I decided to watch the cameras more in depth that day . During one moment of the day I had a gut feeling to look at the cameras again . I am so glad I did . I saw our child laying on the floor where EVERYONE could see her , she was very easy to see where she was laying . Next thing I know as I am watching the cameras I see a day care worker walk by ( I was thinking she was going to pick her up and put her in the crib ) . She walked by and KICKED her in the head . It was hard enough that it moved my daughters body and made my daughter raise up and scream and cry . Next thing you know she looks down to her and does nothing . I thought she was going to render aide and report the "accident" to someone and pick her up and love on her. I was far from wrong , she left her crying on the floor and walked away . Never reported it and never did a thing ! My husband and myself had to go to the daycare and demand them replay the video. To this day they are still refusing to release us the video . The state got involved and thankfully they gave them a couple violations . However the employee that did this is still there, she said at first she didn't kick her , then said she didn't realize it because she couldn't feel it on her foot , then she said it was an accident . Per the violation on the state website it looks like the employee kept changing their story as well. I am so disappointed . If the employee had rendered aide and not NEGLECTED my child and apologized to me and did the right thing I would not be writing this review. When you look for child care you look for someone to take care of your children like you would . I understand accidents happen and I also know kids fall and hurt themselves but this is uncalled for. This whole situation was handled poorly on the daycare's part. If this was an accident why did the employee not pick up my crying daughter ? Why did she not report the " accident "? How could she not see her when she was laying in the middle of the floor? Due to this I will never trust another day care again . Also they refused to release the videos to us when we went to go view them with the district director . If you have nothing to hid why can't I have a copy of my child getting kicked in the head ? I am so thankful the state showed up while I was there and he was able to see the video as well . I am also glad that my daughter did not receive any further injury. I will add though that the morning teacher named Mrs. Shawna is awesome and our daughter loved her unfortunately during this "incident" I do not believe she was there. Mrs. Amanda was nice as well. The teacher that caused the " incident" was not always in there when I dropped her off or picked her up. If you decide to go here watch those cameras every single second , and if something does happen get them pulled immediately ."

"This school is wonderful, from the director, assistant, to the teachers. They truly love this school and the children that attend and it shows. My child loves coming to school, Mrs. Brittany is amazing and really knows her stuff. Most teachers here hold their national certifications for teaching early education children."

We couldn’t be happier with our child’s learning skills and all around attitude. "It’s been okay. At first it was great but now the teachers are just not as welcoming and it’s like they get annoyed as soon as I bring my son in. Not because he’s a trouble maker but because I know he cries and s sad more than half of the day. But neither of them try to comfort him and see what they could do to help him have fun or feel better. I watch the cameras and see almost everything that happens. It’s just really frustrating. I hope the teacher will improve."

"The director and her assistant are wonderful. They answered every question I had no matter how many times I asked the same question! They helped me figure out the needs of my child. I love how I don’t have to bring anything everyday, i.e.; lunch, snacks, diapers, etc. Lunch and snacks are provided as well as breakfast. And I take in diapers and wipes for the week. It’s great! I also like the WatchMeGrow app which is live streaming video of my child’s classroom. My child’s teachers are awesome. I am very pleased with La Petite."

"This school has been a blessing, not just for me, but for my son as well. They are all so nurturing, they welcome him by name, and they always let you know how the day has gone. There is a lot of open communication and it has gone a long way! My son goes everyday and they have become like a second family for us. They express concerns in a timely manner and as a group, we talk and come up with ways to fix those concerns. They say it takes a village to raise a child, and I can say with pride that I love this village!"
