"The demand of small amounts from back swipes that are 2 months ago and if we don’t pay we are kicked out. No one is perfect but we should be able to rely on the staff IF we have missing swipes. I know they can submit a form that can eliminate the back swipe fees. If a parent isn’t consistently weekly missing swipes, they should be allowed leniency and/or more time to pay balance vs losing enrollment. I have been with La Petite for 7 years, in saying that everything went down hill when Bri took over. She is the reason I know many families have left. The Learning Group is better than the reputation she is giving them. Jayme is an amazing director who would thrive under better leadership and customer satisfaction if Bri either lightened up or is removed."

"I think initially when I toured the school when I was pregnant with my daughter, things were different. The director changed once I had my daughter, and things are not what I was told they would be. The school enrolls way too many infants, and I don't like that my child hopes from room to room due to the ratio issue. I also think some of the teachers need better or more training. I feel you have some teachers in the infant room who should not be. Amanda does not pay close attention to the babies. She is always on her phone and just isn't has focused. She used to be in the older kid's room which is where I witnessed her several times on the cell phone. Now she has my daughter at times, and she was the one who gave my child the huge stuffed animal, which was on her face. A parent informed me that she didn't even notice, and the parent removed it. This is concerning. Like I stated above, the few teachers that I named are great, and there may be a couple more who do a good job; but overall I am not happy with the level of care my children outside of the teachers I named off. I know those ladies will look out for my babies. I just want to know that my children are safe, and getting the education and care that we are paying for."
