"Overall good. In his previous room, we had great teachers. Also, I have called the corporate office to inquire about the rules on the parking for employees. I never got a call back or any response. Usually, 2-3 of the parking spots (out of 9) are taken by employees. Parents often have to park at side street."

"Being new to town I chose this daycare because it was close to home & the cost was less. Very quickly I picked up that the outside public didn't have the nicest things to say about the daycare. This made me extremely nervous so I instantly started looking for other options. In the mean time I decided to keep an open mind & try to establish an opinion of my own. In the time spent interacting with the providers I felt confident that the staff was giving our baby the love & comfort she needed. Threw pictures & videos Addison appears happy. "The tour guide which happened to be the director was a little timid. Not expressive at all and seemed shy. She is nice but could use some more education on how to interact with parents, and give a run down of the entire program including teachers qualifications, etc. That will be very helpful instead of her expecting it to be asked to her. She will do a good job if she is well trained and comfortable with the position. Also her timidness makes it seem like she is not comfortable with the job. She should own the job and make parents go back home and think of enrolling their kids. She expressed she is just 6 months into the program and hopefully with good training and her easing her nerves she will do amazing. Also, during the tour she should try to cover every question that could possibly be asked by any parent and be interactive and ask the parent questions too if they have any concerns etc."

"We are very happy with the education our daughter has gotten at La Petite. She is very smart. When she is having issues with potty training, the teachers have been very patient with her and we were able to work on a plan to help her as a team."
