"Overall we have had a positive experience. My only complaint is the frequency that the school closes. I'm pretty sure the info packet specifically states the school only closes on Thanksgiving and Christmas day, however last year I received a phone call 1 day before Thanksgiving to notify me they will be closed the day after. This year we received maybe a week's notice. The school was closed Christmas Eve and with only a weeks notice, closed at 3pm on New Year's Eve. I work a full day on New Year's Eve and had to request time off to leave early to pick up my child. Also, got a 2 week notice that the school will be closed for MLK day. I understand the staff wants time with their friends and families as well, but wouldn't it make more sense to send out a comprehensive list at the start of the year which days the facility will be closed. I have been fortunate enough to be able to make last minute arrangements at these sudden changes, but I'm sure that can't be the case for everyone."

"I'm a first time mom and the infant/toddler room teachers have been amazing. They discuss how my child is doing and trys to ensure he has a loving environment."

"General experience has been good overall; however there does seem to be some turnover with teachers in my daughters class; I feel that there are not consistent teachers in the classroom. The parking lot will often have some type of trash and once there was glass on the ground for a few days. At times I feel that the floor may not be cleaned properly because the knees of my daughter pants are often worn and stained from dirt(sometimes it is due to crawling around outside) I have addressed this with the director and she addressed it with the cleaning staff."

"In my opinion you definitely are not getting what you pay for and this location has the audacity to be over the market rate. It’s basically a jail for children. If you are concerned with your children and care about their well being, do not enroll them here. The director is as fake as press on nails. Don’t waste your time or money here."

"My general experience has been good; however, it has been frustrating as well because I felt that every week/month my daughter was getting sick from germs at school. It is frustrating to have to pay for daycare when my daughter does not attend due to illness that was brought on due to germs at the daycare."

"I am so grateful that we found this school - our daughter loves going to school every morning, and is excited every afternoon to tell me all about her day. Her teachers are warm and caring and know her as an individual, and they are helping her to learn both academically and socially. Our son is now in the infant room, and is clearly loved and well cared-for. That gives me great peace of mind."
