"I would love to talk to someone above the director. I think there is a sense of immaturity with some of the people there and always feel like they are just hanging out. However, They are friendly and do enjoy just talking to them but I don't feel that when an issue is brought to their attention, it just seems like it's swepet under a rug. There is no communication with a parent about what is being done. I only hear one side of the story."

"The best thing that I took from this tour was that the kindergarten teacher seemed to be very in tune with her students. She was engaged and actively provided me information about her class and how she does things. She personalizes the care she gives to each individual child. I was highly impressed with her and wish that everything else at the facility would have been a plus. The tour would have been a complete waste of time had I not had the opportunity to meet and speak with her."

"We were extremely disappointed in the La Petite Academy on Polaris. The facility itself was dirty, cluttered, and unorganized. The front desk was extremely unappealing and the classroom was much the same. As for the director/support staff up front, there was little to be desired. The director never once got up from her desk to introduce herself or offer any extra information. There was little enthusiasm from the people up front, it seemed like they were put out by us coming in AND we had an appointment. The only positive was the tour guide who was friendly and helpful with our questions."
