"We love the option of soccer and language classes even if we don't do all of them. The director and assistant director are great, but I wish the teachers were as communicative and empathetic."

"The atmosphere was wonderful with old Director Kim. She was warm to her teachers and parents. She went out of her way to genuinely communicate to parents and staff and kids about many things big or small. She didn’t try and hide internal issues and never became defensive or acted as if she did not have control of a situation. She had great confidence. I notice while Hannah is nice, she has not gained that genuine confidence and does commonly appear uncomfortable or defensive with parent discussion. Asst Director Joanne seems much more approachable. I always preferred a direct and honest line of communication and feel Hannah sometimes wants to say what’s best on paper but struggles with follow through. So rules aren’t always followed by teachers or staff especially. It’s been noted too many times that it’s just indicative of poor leadership unfortunately (even though she’s nice). I think that shows too with the domino effect of teacher turnover."

"Miss Kim was a wonderful director. She communicated well with parents as an understanding parent yet also a rule follower. Miss Hannah seems to struggle with following rules yet also being pushed around by some parents and staff and not knowing where to bend. She also does not know how to address and respond to parent concerns well without trying to be firm yet is internally flustered. I think she would be better suited as an Asst Director. Miss Joanne seems to be a better fit that can communicate to parents but seems much more consistent with following rules. The atmosphere used to be happy and teachers took kids outside to play more and parents were talked to at drop off and pickup often. Now they’re just there. We don’t seem to “know” each other and they never have ever told me how my kids’ days go like they used to do and care about. It’s just such a different place than 1.5-2 yrs ago. Hence such turnover..."

We will miss Ms Brittany since she transferred locations. She was a huge part of both of my kids school experience and we wish her the best going forward!"
