"I don’t understand how I should need to pay almost $20,000 a year for tuition. My child is 1... at this age there’s not much you could possibly add to his curriculum that would cause it to be worth that much money. The worst part is that he gets sick so frequently (from the school) that we can’t get our monies-worth in care because he has to miss so many days to get well. I had an older child at this location, enrolled a few years ago. At that time there were less kids because a teacher had left a child unattended on the playground and subsequently enrollment fell. Now that it’s been a few years since that scandal, the enrollment is back up and tuition along with it. At this point we are having trouble trying to justify paying this exorbitant amount for fairly basic daycare."

"I am extremely grateful for the staff and the attention they pay to all the children. My boys are everything to me, so for the incident that happened a few weeks ago regarding the active shooter, I am extremely satisfied in the manner it was handled and the organization of the matter. I am ex-military so active shooter instances are something I am familiar with and fear, but the fact that I know they conduct regular drills and instruct the children on the steps to take makes me feel at ease."

"Intially when you come in they are nice because they want your business. It was great I felt welcomed. Then my son had an issue and it was almost as if they didn’t welcome you. They failed to acknowledge what you write in the package of your kid. Now the director appears cold and not genuine with her “ hellos and goodbye” just be consistent"

"5.The different events and performances the children and teachers put on throughout the year are wonderful.6.The areas of improvement, I have are during the transition from Miss Kelly and Miss Diana to the new staff. There are some items that I feel be can be improved upon. Someone should always be at the front desk to greet and answer questions and calls. When there is a new staff member, the parents are alerted with an introduction of who they are and roles. I feel comfortable knowing about new faces who maybe working with the kids. Email calendars prior to new month and posting in the lobby so parents can see it. along with food schedule. We would like for camera streaming to see what's happening in real time with our children. I'd love the monthly newsletters to be more unique to the school rather than generic. I think youe missing out on sharing things like teacher of the month. And sharing tidbits about what the classes and teachers are working on. Also, great for reminders to parents. Other than this, I love the school and my child looks forward to it."
