"I have enjoyed the teachers here and have always felt she was safe there. The 2s room was probably the room where i felt most concern because the turnover rate for teachers/assistants was so high, but it is also a difficult age with potty training. My favorite classroom so far was preschool - love Ms. Cedar and Ms. D’Arnae. A close second was with Ms. Jamie in the toddler room. Thank you for all you do!"

"The teachers are great with the kids, and we really like the director. The curriculum is great and my kids are learning reading, math, and many other subjects. The school offers an assortment of extracurricular activities that complement well the education."
"One area of improvement is cleaning children up at the end of the day. I don't think it is too much to ask to clean a face. There have been times when I wonder how my daughter can breath because her nose hasn't been cleaned. This isn't just a problem here, it's been at other centers as well. From personal experience as a child care worker, I always made sure the children in the evening were cleaned up and presentable in case they were not going straight home."
"Over all great. Staff seems to have a vested interest in the children during the day as well their lives outside of school. Facilities over all are great there are some repair issues and a few of the bathrooms need some work are not “dirty” but definitely need some work rotten wood in the base boards need up dating."

"Overall, though three years, directors/assistant directors are hit or miss, but the teachers have been wonderful. In our three years, we've only had one teacher that we didn't adore and she didn't last long before left. (Young child care probably wasn't a good fit for her.) The teachers are by far the strength of this center and the reason we stay."

"I've had nothing but positive experiences with the staff of the Cedar Rd La Petite Academy. I really enjoy the interactions I have with the staff, who are incredibly friendly. It's also been a joy to watch my daughter go from being somewhat closed off to being much more social, to the point that whereas she had issues communicating what she wanted before, she now speaks in full sentences, which is just wonderful. La Petite has done extremely well in providing her with an early childhood education, and I look forward to seeing her additional growth through the coming school year."

"Everyone has been great about being a part of the growing and transitioning of my child from month to month. I have liked everyone Who has been a caretaker so far, but i feel that things seem incredibly crazy some days in the twos room. Toddlers are hard to keep down, I appreciate that, so having two caretakers for 16 toddlers seems not adequate. I know the teachers are doing their best but i feel there should be either more caretakers in this room or less children. I also feel that since Precious status started I know less about what has gone on each day. Some days I get great pictures and notes them other days information is scant. I love the idea of The technology, but the paper reports were better than what we get right now."
