As a first time mom, my expectations have been exceeded by the amount of care and nurturing my child has received from multiple staff members on a daily basis. The activities my child has participated in are stimulating to the senses and have been beneficial to his development. The facility is very well kept and well organized. Always very clean and nice-smelling. I have no question that my child is happy here and thrives in the company of his teachers and the other staff members that assist in making every day fun and comfortable for him."

"Overall, we love and cherish the teachers who care for our children. They genuinely seem to love and care for them. Our son transitioned out of the two’s classroom a few months ago, and Angie and Brittnee continue to check in on him, provide him love and attention when he’s having a rough day and genuinely seem to care for his wellbeing. We’ve had previous concerns with management and the loss of military accreditation, especially with the high cost of attendance, but teachers and students both seem happy and relaxed with our newly promoted Ashley and Shanetta, and we are very pleased with them, too. I love the brightwheel app - getting regular updates on meals, potty, naps and activities. And the staff are wonderful and thoughtful sharing photos and videos to brighten our day. There are some rock star teachers here at La Petite and the ones who truly stand out include: Angie, Brittnee, Brianna, Jada, Danesha and Madison. Highly recommend LP!"

I have observed conversations the director has with staff and other families and she is very rude and abrasive. I prefer to speak with the teachers about my child; when speaking to the director about my child it was as if she didn’t even know which child was mine. Absolutely love the teachers. The assistant director is so kind and understanding and very friendly. The director on the other hand could use some improvement. But overall great experience here!"

"My 2 year old has had a wonderful experience with Ms. Angie, Ms. Shanetta, Ms. Tracy, and Ms. Brittnee! These teachers are the reason why we have stayed even after we moved. I traveled alot in my first child's first year of life. Ms. Angie made me feel extremely comfortable with having her class take care of him while I was gone. She is an exceptional teacher!!!! Ms. Shanetta has my child in the two year old class and she has taught my first child so much and helped me with working through some typical behavior issues. She is very experienced, professional, and a joy to speak with daily!My second child is in the infant class. I am concern with the level of training the new teachers have in this classroom. I assume all infant teachers are trained to the same standard but I am worried that's not the case. I have spoken to the Director and I hope she addresses my concerns."

A complaint was received on January 24, 2019 an investigation was initiated on the same day regarding two, three year old children leaving the playground through an unlocked fence and entered the parking lot on January 23, 2019. A second complaint regarding the same incident was received on February 1, 2019. During the investigation children and staff records were reviewed. A walking tour of the building outside and inside was conducted, staff and parent interviews were conducted on site and via telephone. The information gathered during the investigation, which concluded on February 7, 2019, supports the allegation and the complaint is determined to be valid. Additionally, violations not reported as a part of the complaint were found during the investigation. All violations appear on the violation notice including: sight and sound supervision, care and protection, ratios and children?s records. Video footage was reviewed on January 29, 2019. Violations were reviewed with the program director and district manager during the exit interview on."
