"Not somewhere of a good first impression, staff besides a select few were not welcoming and for that reason we will not be enrolling our child. Also didn't have a lot of things like daily updates, photos, live feed cameras, for instant updates throughout the day like some of the facilities we toured which were more friendly and lower priced. Didn't seem to really care if we enrolled or not."
"For the most part, things have been good. There are some concerns with the school, mainly surrounding communication from the staff and the amount of turnover observed not only with teachers, but at the director level as well. While these are valid concerns, we feel they are being addressed and we have no concerns for our child's well-being."

"Really I just want the overall experience to be consistent. The quality differs greatly from the infant room to the 2 year room. I don't have any problem with the infant room. In the Two's, even when I had a scheduled conference the information provided was less than helpful/satisfactory. The document in which they tracked education hadn't been updated for 2+ months - and this was conferences setup by the school. A little preparation and effort would have been appreciated."
"Overall I've been disappointed with the turnover with the school staff, however it's not the change per se that concerns me, but rather the schools inability to keep enough staff actively employed. There has not been a stretch of more than five weeks that has gone by that I didn't witness an issue with ratios at this school, and in the past two weeks I've seen it every morning when I drop my child off."
"1. High turnover of teachers in the class/school. Makes it difficult for parents to know who's taking care of our kids and harder on the kids to open up to a new person each time and reach their potential.2. Unresponsiveness of director on concerns i bring up as a parent regarding the center.3. Kid being switched to lower age class due to shortage of teachers.4. Teacher at drop off (8:00) isn't the same teacher at pickup (5:00), its hard bring up concerns with the closing teacher as they never know what happened earlier.5. Concern with teacher to children ratio. Too many kids to 1 teacher most times."
"This school has not been able to keep a director. In less than one year we are working with our fourth woman in this position. The teachers however have been very caring and personal with my child."
