"We greatly enjoy our interactions with Joy. She is a pleasure to work with and we have the utmost trust in her taking care of our child. Beyond Joy, however, we've had issues with missed feedings, missed naps, miscommunications on where our child is at a given time (even received messages from Brightwheel that they'd been checked out of school when they weren't), I still don't know all of the people's names that are in the room taking care of the kids. It seems really simple to communicate these things and solicit feedback...the only question I ever get asked about our child is when was the last feeding and diaper. We are partners, at this point, in the raising of our child...I feel like both partners need to illustrate a genuine interest in the well-being of the children both in school and at home."
