"Overall, our experience has been great. While we get frustrated over the lack of communication and lack of knowledge of what goes on daily, we know that it's probably due to our current covid situation. However, there are ways to improve this that we feel should happen. It's evident he is learning and gaining proper knowledge for his age group. He is comfortable at this school and has quickly made friends. We will enroll our 2nd child when she is an appropriate age. We do wish the nap and communication problems were solved, but they're not worth leaving over."

"I don't have any concerns with health or safety, and I find the staff kind and caring. But I don't feel like my child is learning nearly as much as she did at her last center. This feels more like pure daycare than preschool/pre-k education. They may be doing plenty of instruction but there's no communication about it. I don't know the new director well enough to have an opinion, except I wish she would let us know her last name, email address, send out a newsletter, or something. I feel like the parents were left in the dark about the management change. We were told the prior director was leaving, but nothing about the new director. My child knows more than I do about her."

The teacher turnover rate and sickness rate at some points have been concerning, but overall we are happy with the experience our family has had."

"The school has frequent turnover and communication is lacking. Several staff I loved have moved on and when they were there I didn’t have to worry about the care of my child. I watch the cameras frequently, when they work, and have seen my child crying, trying to get the staffs attention and was ignored on multiple occasions. The staff does not seem to be supported by the director, who is more concerned with numbers/money than the proper care and support the staff and the children need. The ratio in the infant room needs to be based on acuity/needs and not just the max ratio the state allows. Even though the infant room is a max of a 1:4 ratio there are frequently times when the child ratio is much higher which leads to a safety concern. Documentation in the Brightwheel app, which the school uses as a selling point, is often incorrect of missing The toddler room is great and my family has no concerns or issues with the care or education provided. My child learns and explores new things daily and the staff even works on potty training. They even do the girls hair in all kinds of styles!"

Would love to see more nutritious meals (whole grains and wider variety of fruits/vegetables rather than only canned) and varied activities for circle time, outside play, exploration.
