"This school has been great for my son. The teachers take really good care of him and let me know immediately if he's not well or if they are concerned about anything. I feel confident leaving him in their care. It's hard trusting others to take care of your child, but La Petite has earned my trust and never given me a reason to worry about my son's well being."

"I thought I loved our last day care, but had to move due to a new job. I immediately noticed big differences in my children. At our last day care they were so excited to see me that we couldn’t get out of the door quickly enough. When I pick them up from this school they linger. They have to tell everyone goodbye and give hugs. I often find my self grabbing their hands saying “we’ll see everyone again tomorrow”. They also ask to go to school on their off days. It’s refreshing to see how much they enjoy “Apple School”. The teachers love my children and my children come home excited to share all that they have learned."

"I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the teachers as well as the program itself. I have bumped heads with the director a few times. She has spoken to my children in a condensing way. I removed my school age children completely from the program. The director has also engaged in a power struggle between my Pre Schooler. I will continue advocate for my children whenever she gets out of hand. Her customer service skills requires improvement!"

"I have some concerns about the pressure put on the teachers to make sure they clock out by a certain time. There have been a few times that her teachers are not in the room when picking up - I was not picking up late or anything - but someone I have never seen was in there and they don't have any information about how the day went or anything. When I have spoken with her teachers about it they told me that they had to leave because they were required to clock out by a certain time regardless of if there were children still in the classroom or not. I appreciate there is still a staff member in the room, but it is someone I, and more importantly my daughter, is unfamiliar with. I strongly believe that the care of the children and ability to communicate with parents before leaving/clocking out should take priority over labor concerns."

"My families over all experience has been excellent outside the most recent payment system issue. I believe this issue should be handled in a different manner. I was disappointed with the lack empathy shown to parents since it was a issue with the program's payment system."

"Overall I am very happy with this school. My daughter loves coming and the teachers love her as if she is their own. She has learned a ton in the almost year she has been there. My only complaint is that communication and planning ahead as a school could be a little better. The teachers individually do a great job of updating the app throughout the day."

"Our general experience with the school has been great thus far! Friendly staff, secured school, clean and fun atmosphere, knowledgeable director that has personal recongnition for each child and parent. The variety of learning in the curriculum as well as the interaction/relationship with the teachers to the children and us, as parents. I like the healthy meals provided, the location of the school to our home and the options for paying. The initial tour and school has exceeded our expectations! "My experience with the school has been very positive. I was a little skeptical at first, and admittedly, I still think the turnover rate is too high. I'm not sure why that appears to be the case, but salary and benefits are usually the culprits.Most of the teachers (not all, I'm afraid) care deeply for the children and do their utmost to take care of them and they do an excellent job. Frankly, I couldn't do one-tenth as good a job as they do. I truly don't see how they do it, especially given the limited benefits (besides the joy of helping children grow mentally, physically, socially, and such.Kudos to them all! They truly make a difference in this world."
