"Some of my son’s teacher are good at what they do while some don’t care. I don’t see why the school employs non passionate adult to take care of little kids. Whoever working with kids should be compassionate, and be willing to take care of kids like a mother. It would be perfect if only mothers are employed as teachers because I don’t think the lady who abandoned my son on his tummy is actually a mother."

"The director and ms. Debbie is always willing to listen to our concerns. Ms. Debbie is always great to communicate with us. I like the app where I’m able to send a message to the director or teacher and they get back to me quickly. The front door frequently doesn’t work in the morning. There is no staff sitting at the front desk so I have to wait in the cold with my child until someone walks by and happens to notice me outside. The doorbell apparently doesn’t reach to the rest of the school because I push it several times. At times there is no staff at the front desk throughout the day. It would be nice if there was a person to sit at the desk to answer questions when I have them. I am satisfied with the amount of communication provided by the school. I enjoyed the Halloween event they held."

"The staff at the school is great, caring, and kind. You should pay them more, it’s a travesty what you are paying them."

"Like I said, we love Ms. Debbie and my younger son loves it here. Last summer I didn’t like that kid’s could bring tablets to here. Some of the older kids were playing games that my son isn’t allowed to play. He’d watch them killing zombies and grandmas... or something then ask us. I’m not sure if they can still do this... I appreciate how helpful the staff, director and other admin. Overall it has been a good experience. It is very expensive when you dont have Federal aid."

"My babies main teacher, Francis, always seems happy and excited to receive my child in the morning. You can tell her connection to the babies in that they all fuss when she leaves the room and wait for her return. My boy greets her with a huge smile every morning and does not fuss at all to be handed off to her, this gives me the confidence to know my baby is being well cared for."

"I enjoyed the Halloween open house. It was well done. I appreciate the parent teacher conferences. I enjoy receiving pictures of my child with the app. The app is handy and when I send messages through the app, the teacher and director are very responsive. The director and my child’s teacher communicate well and take my concerns seriously. There are times some of the front office staff don’t even look up to tell me hello, but these instances are getting fewer."

"I am so thrilled with the teachers. I feel they have made a connection with my kids and it's the best feeling. I know my children are well cared for and are safe. They keep me posted throughout the day on my children's activities. I definitely recommend this facility!!"

"Everyone was so helpful and welcoming and my sons teacher Miss Debbie was awesome with him. When he would get sad about us dropping him off, she would work with him and let him help her pass things out to keep his mind off us. Plus, he really enjoyed his classroom and classmates."

"Up and down. My child has incurred several injuries and sicknesses originating from this school. Several afternoon teachers are not knowledgeable of my child's activities or injuries. Had a period where my son was injured daily from other kids biting."

"The teachers and cooks have all been exceptional! They are aware of my child's needs and on top of it. However, my concerns are listed above and that's primarily with the onset of sickness. My child is continuously getting sick and only attends part time. What type of prevention/disinfecting when children are sick? Not too sure."
