"I placed an order after finding an offer on a deal site. The site repeatedly warns that they may take up to ten business days to ship, so I waited twenty business days before sending an order inquiry. I got an automated response that directed me to a site which showed that my order hadn't even been packed yet. I sent numerous emails requesting cancellation and received a response several hours later confirming my request and stating that my order would be cancelled and my credit card refunded. I haven't seen the refund on my card yet, and now 24 hours later the Tango order site still shows my order as waiting to be packaged. I'll contact my credit card company by the end of the week to dispute the charge. AVOID THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!"
"I LOVE LOL Shirts. They are so funny, and not inappropriate to the point where I can't wear them at work. I work for a law firm and my boss can be a stiff sometimes so I like to wear a silly shirt ever Thursday and Friday to lighten the mood of a busy workweek. I'm the "class clown" at my job! I've ordered from LOL Shirts before and I do love the prices and sales."
"First, the positive. They have great, original designs. They frequently put shirts on sale, which depending on the particular sale, *can* make them a good value.
Second, the so-so. The tags on the shirts they use to print say "pro weight", but the shirts are *definitely* average quality.
Finally, the bad. Their shipping is pathetic. To quote their web site: "It takes about 5-10 business days for your t-shirt to ship and up to 7 days after that for delivery." So you're looking at a minimum of about two weeks, and up to three weeks if you are located on the east coast. They also charge $2 PER SHIRT for shipping, and claim "ALL items are shipped separately and will arrive separately", which is a flat-out lie. I received three shirts in one bubble wrap envelope. So they're making money on postage.
If they sorted out their shipping, it would be easy to give them four or five stars, but with those problems, three stars is generous."

"After receiving a t-shirt from LOL Shirts as a gift, I desired to exchange the shirt. It was two sizes too big. LOL Shirts responded that I could receive a refund for the original shirt (and insult my sister-in-law!) if I paid to ship the shirt back for them, and then I could pay out of pocket for a replacement shirt. When I followed up on this response, their conclusion:
'The shirt was $8.00 and had free shipping. Shipping out was $1.99 and would cost the same to have it returned. Then, we'd turn around and sent the right size for $1.99. Unfortunately, that would mean we spent $5.97 for shipping on a $8.00 shirt.'
Summary: They'd rather lose a customer for life than see their profit margin reduced to $2.03 on one t-shirt."

I have had ordering and shipping problems with LOL Shirts sister company Tanga but I have been pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently my first order with LOL Shirts was handled. I ordered on 12/25 and received my order today on 12/29. It can't get any better than this. Thanks LOL and I hope that this type of service rubs off on your sister company (Tanga)."
"Buyer Beware! While the shirts are funny, it's not funny when your package arrives after three weeks missing more than half of the shirts. And then when contacted about the missing shirts, after much haggling, the company sends a second order for the four missing shirts - which again is incomplete. To this day, I am still missing 2 of the 7 shirts I ordered and am trying to talk with someone at the company. They are a small business - but their customer service and shipping department are going to help them go out of business."
"Caution! Shipping from this site can take nearly 2 weeks! I ordered on 12/12 and luckily got my items an hour before heading out of town on 12/24. There was no indication when I ordered how long shipping would take. It did say on the bottom of my confirmation email which I did not catch until I triple checked it, wondering where my order was. They will not cancel the order once it has been "processed". The shirts were fine standard shirts."
