"This is the 5th order I've placed with LEDShoppe, and while their shipping isn't super fast, it's still better than dealing with most eBay type sellers (plus free shipping!). Shipping usually takes a week to a week and a half, which isn't bad (even though I'm impatient... hehe).

I've never had a problem with order accuracy, and the quality of the flashlights I've ordered from them has always met or exceeded my expectations. Sure a flashlight that costs $3 isn't going to be as good as a streamlight, but their higher-end single LED lights are good enough to use on a daily basis.

I've purchased a bunch of their flashlights (I'm such a gadget geek) and even taken some of the cheaper ones apart and used the LEDs to set up low-voltage lighting in my closet, which works great.

I always watch their site to see when they add new flashlights (usually once a month) and the latest ones have been pretty good quality lights.

The only minor complaint I have is that I did send in a question about one of their flashlights and never received a response, but for the most part the product descriptions are sufficient to give you the info you need, and it's not like flashlights are a very complicated product, so no real big loss there. I'm not sure how their service would be if I had a concern with an order or product I purchased, but thankfully they haven't given me a chance yet :)"

"Over all pleased with this company. The shipping is slow - airmail, but free. They include a few promotional trinkets with the order like a free LED flashlight, and several keychain flashlights.

I primarly order LEDs; the white ones are lots less expensive than US companies, the quality is good, output satisfactory etc..

The mp3 player that uses an SD card had some trouble loading via the USB port - the work around was to get a SD flash card USB drive gizmo for $5 and use that to load music on the card then pop it into the player. Player is basic: no random shuffle just two leds to tell you what is happening. Instructions written in Chinglish. Eats the single AAA cell in about two hours and isn't happy working with NMH rechargeable batteries. It would make more sense to use an AA battery or a rechargeable that would recharge overnight on the USB port. (recharging an alkaline for 1 hour gives about an hours play - and will work about 7 times before the battery is bad)

I had a problem with a flashlight and they replaced it for free and shipped it off promptly.

All their LEDs seem to be 10 degree beam width to the half power points - some 20 degree or high flux leds would be a good addition to their product line.
