"I assume when a company advertises a specific make and model of a product, you would get what you order. Instead they sent a LCD screen from another manufacturer. When I tried to connect it to the computer, the screen remained black, would not come up.I sent an email to tech support and also one for an RMA#, so far I have not heard back from the company."
