Contacted LCD4Video on 12/1 and was told it got messed up because it was being shipped direct from the manufacturer. Erick was apologetic but the end result was the bag finally being sent Fedex priority 12/5 and arriving on 12/6.

While this bag was not curcial, I would have appreciated being informed it was drop shipped from Kata and some way to track it.

When notified that it wasn't delivered on time LCD4Video did what it could to get it delivered, but it still took until 12/6 . . . an unacceptably long delivery time."
