"I believe that Steve and KontrolSports sum up all that can be said about a professional service. A very good product and an even better customer service.

I have never used prescription inserts before and was somewhat sceptical of having a frame within a frame. I asked many questions before buying and received prompt responses from Steve. But I also asked many questions after the purchase and got equally friendly and prompt response. So certainly customer service extends beyond the sale point.

As for the product, the glasses look smart and do the job without putting a big whole in the wallet. Before using them, I thought that the prescription insert may pose some problems. But this proved to be not the case once I put them on. And there appear to be a good range on sale that caters for different uses. Many for the sports activities and more for the casual sunbather. Having bought one about two weeks ago for squash/badminton, i have now ordered two more which gives me the luxury of one for indoor sports, one for outdoor sports and one for casual sun protection.

So I would sum up by saying that KontrolSports offers a good range of glasses with a great sale/after sale service."

" Been wearing my prescription Gelshock glasses for a year now. They are starting to get a bit scratched but considering the hard life they have led I am not surprised. On both occassions I bought Kontrol 'Sniper' glasses. I have very poor eyesight and am registered blind. This was a grey and windy, but bright day, and so I decided my new sunnies would be a good choice of eyewear.

I could not have been more right.

They were absolutely fantastic, providing full sheilding from eye-tiring brightness and glare.

I was sceptical at first about the prescription inserts, thinking they would not provide peripheral view, but they sit so close to the eye that this was not a problem at all. They also blocked a lot of wind. Whats more, they were fitted for me!

The hard case is very good, too.

In short, I would reccomend Kontrol to anyone, and will be doing so.
