"Bought 2 pc's from company and it went out of business that weekend.
One computer had a bad memory chip and had something done showing it had faster memory than it did. Also memory chip was bad. Other computer had a bad hard disk and now the whole computer I think is fried. It does not work at all
To me total fraud on their part because they claim a one month warranty and knew they were just stealing the money with shoddy work and products. Complaints have been filed with BBB and lawsuit will be filed on them.

"Ordered a PSX shell (see through ie: clear).
Got a PSOne Shell.
Called and they said they would ship me the right one if I mailed the PSOne shell back.
I mailed it back.
I called two weeks ago and they said they were sending the shell out.
I called yesterday and today and finally got an answer that they are refunding the moneys back to my credit card as they are out of stock and back ordered. HELLO ANYONE? SCAM!!
SO IM OUT SHIPPING AND A SHELL!

"I bought a 512MB stick of DDR400 ram. I paid for second day delivery because I needed it, but it didn't arrive for five days. It was the correct amount of ram, but as soon as I put it in my pc started locking up. I did a ram check and the stick was bad. I bought my ram locally and got an rma. It took me 3 months of badgering to get a credit, then they had the nerve to charge me a %20 restock fee after all their screw ups."

"Purchased a 256 MB DIMM for my laptop. They had the best price. Order arrived a couple days later. When I installed the DIMM it only registered as a 128 MB even though KOMMAX's own little sticker on the DIMM said 256MB. I received an RMA without argument. Paid to send it back and received the correct 256MB DIMM about a week and a half later. More or less okay with it all but there are plenty of other suppliers that have better reviews than this one. I wish I had seen this website before I bought from KOMMAX."

I received the processor in 6 business days as they forcasted, it installed with no problem and I was very satisfied with the success of the transaction. The price was competitive and the information Kommax provided for tracking the shipment was very helpful. The shipping cost seemed high (my only complaint). I intend to by a motherboard bundle from Kommax, I hope a fair as well on that purchase.

"ordered 4 256mb laptop memory chips and they arrived out of the plastic carry case and banging around in the cardboard box. Basicly the response from the company was "tough" send them back at your expense and we'll send you more at your expense. Packed any different? probably not. I won't buy from them again."

"I ordered some additional memory for my Sony VAIO laptop from Kommax. After selecting standard UPS shipping and waiting the full week for my product I found within seconds of installing the memory that it didn't work. Nothing, nada, zip. The computer wouldn't even boot with the memory installed! I contacted Kommax and I guess I am used to working with professional organizations as I expected them to overnight replacement memory to me along with packaging to return the defective goods. My mistake. Not only would they not send out replacement memory without having received the original back (shipping at my cost) they would send the new memory by standard UPS shipping. So another weeks wait! I refused this and said I wanted a refund. I was told to return the goods (again at my expense) and they would refund the price of the goods but not the shipping. In my opinion if I was sent junk I should certainly not have to a) pay for it b) pay for the postage to return it! I told the company I was appauled by their actions and received and email a day later saying "I'm sorry sir but it is our policy that you pay for the shipping on your half and we pay for shipping to you." That was the entirety of the email. No name or telephone number for me to contact them and you will note that they are taking credit for paying for the shipping to me in the first place ... so what was that charge for shipping on my invoice all about?? Wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy."

"I bought a motherboard bundle fom Kommax. It consisted of an AZZA mobo,(kt3-av)900 mhz Duron, heatsink & fan, and 128 mgs of ram. The package took nearly 2 weeks to arive, but that's not Kommax's fault,They shipped it two days after I ordered, UPS was to blame for the delay. At first it appeared to be the wrong processor, but after more research I relized my mistake and it was in fact a 900 mhz. In closing, I recieved what I paid for,and it worked flawlessly. It was well packed, with all the hardware wrapped individualy, with the exeption of the cpu, which was installed in the mobo.(I ordered a $5 assemble & test option) When I still believed it wasen't the cpu I ordered, I called Kommax, and after talking to him, He gave me a number to return the merchandice, only relizing my mistake after I hung up with him. So My appolagies to Kommax. Service was great, parts were correct, and was a very good deal to boot! I recomend Kommax, and would buy from them again."

"The company employee named "Jesus" lied about everything I inquired concerning a confirmation number or e-mail date of delivery etc.
When I caught him in yet another lie I canceled my order after eleven days of misrepresentations and failure to respond to e-mail and phone inquiries.
If I were you I would look hard at this dealer before making any purchase.
I canceled my order and stopped payment on the credit card bill so I have no other contact with Kommax or Jesus.
