"Originally ordered the wrong size, contacted company for an exchange. Was instructed to return the original order (which took forever to receive after ordering) , cancel the order, then re-order the correct size all over again! Had to pay for shipping to me and back to them plus shipping of the correct handles back to me. Very inefficient operation. And the costs incurred have driven the cost for the handles way up albeit, the original order was my mistake. However, 2 weeks after they received the original order back, they have yet to issue my refund!"

"Knobs4Less is excellent! I ordered Top Knob brand handles. Knobs4Less had a "no restocking fee" in case I did not like the handles that I ordered. A lot of other companies charged to restock. The only problem was there was no template for the screw holes. This had nothing to do with Knobs4Less but a problem with Top Knobs."
