"Granted I'm local to Salt Lake City and can walk into their repair shop but don't think that would make a difference. I just had an Xbox fail that they had previously repaired (different issue than the current problem). I walked in, told them the problem, and walked out with a replacement -- no charge, no hassle. Can't ask for more than that. They are customer focused and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!!!"

"You should probably stick to World of Warcraft, you and your alliance gnome's have no business fixing peoples playstations. Your repair on my playstation took over two weeks, and when I got it back it failed within 2 hours. I wish I saw the bad reviews before I sent you my playstation. You can tell you get one bad review spammed by 5 good ones. I wonder where those came from? It is clear you are creating accounts and reviewing yourselves to cover up the bad ones. Businesses like yours should close up the shop and retire back to mommy's bedroom and continue to swarm the horde. By the looks of the picture of yourself on your website, it's safe to say your an alliance gnome mage!"
