"i ordered 3 knives from knife kingdom. they all had rust on the handle. i sent 2 emails to them informing them of my complaint. after 2 weeks they have not responded. having an occassional bad product sent out is understandable. however, ignoring correspondence from a customer is not. i will never order from this company again.

Sent e-mails to both the one listed on the invoice (****@****) and to the e-mail address used to confirm the order (john@... ...). Apparently, neither got through as my e-mail program told me it would just keep trying for the next couple days and I never received a response. If a point of contact listed on the invoice doesn't work, then... Well, fool me once... OK, found other places."
