"customer service was lacking. Although they said my item had shipped on 12/31, according to USPS that was only when the shipping label was created. the actual ship date was 01/06, and only occurred several hours after I spoke to the company president. I know this because I had text updates every time that package moved. They can claim what they want, but last I checked USPS does not let mail set around for 6 mailing days. Would not recommend the company and will not use again.
The price was good-I'll admit that. But next time, I will spend the few dollars extra and go elsewhere. Worst online shopping experience I've had in awhile.

just received it in the mail. Got the correct product, but according to the company sent shipping label inside the package, my product was in fact shipped on the 6th, which means the president outright lied to me. I've got the paper that proves it. dropping to 1 star."
