"Is this a bad April Fool's joke? I Took a chance and ordered a used firearm from their online site. After picking it up and taking it to the range I discovered that the firearm was defective. It would fail to feed or fail to eject on every other shot. "No problem", I thought, "they have a warranty period so I'll just return or exchange it". I talked to a manager on Monday March 28th. I was told that since I still had the original packaging that they would send me an email with a return label for UPS. The manager took down my email and told me to hit them back up in a few days if I didn't receive the label. Today is now Friday, April 1st, and this must be some sort of bad April Fools joke because no label ever arrived and when I called again I got a different manager who told me that I was wrong, they don't send UPS labels like that, and he then proceeded to insult me and insinuate that I was lying, me the customer, who bought the $1335 gun that didn't work from them. So now I'm left with a broken gun and waiting on some sort of resolution that may or may not be coming. I'm a licensed Texas attorney so I will get this taken care of one way or another. But as for you, do you really want to have to hire someone like me at $150-250 per hour just to return a broken gun? Probably not. Businesses like this are good for lawyers, not for consumers. April Fool's to me I guess.
To update the situation: I was later called back and told that I could now return it to the FFL. No apologies. No sorry for calling you a liar. So I'll get my money back, but this is not worth the cost. Use a different firearm store, they are a dime a dozen now."
