They canceled my order with no reason

"I ordered a corkscrew on their website. Two days later they canceled my order without letting me know what was wrong with my order. It was very ridiculous that the cancellation email showed "canceled AT MY REQUEST". Their business is a scam! Don't waste your time!"

Worst Customer service/Over Charged/Missing item/No amount on the invoice

" Warning to buy at Kitchen Universe: I bought 4 of Revol Snail plates from Kitchen Universe website, but they sent only 3 and charged for 4. The invoice shows the order of quantity, but no amount I paid! (I never had this kind of invoice in the world). Be careful with this business people and make sure the amount on your credit card. I contacted 6 times to their website contact, but no response even the phone number is faked: once they charge whatever and delivery, you will get the trouble with no contact. "

"Great customer support, fast delivery, I will buy from Kitchen Universe again, good folks to deal with. I bought 2 de Buyer pans, one was received rusted as a result of of the manufacturer not properly coating the metal to protect it before packaging it. Kitchen Universe quickly offered and arranged for a replacement. "

"I placed an order by phone on 7/1/08 (Tue) for 3 items. One was an ice cream scoop that I said I needed by 7/5 (Sat). The lady said that shouldn't be a problem but did not promise. The other item was a food mill that I said I only wanted to order if they had the accessary 9mm disk. The lady put me on hold and after a few minutes came back and said they had it. They didn't even ship the order until 7/8 (Tuesday - 1 week after the order was placed) and the disk was back ordered to be shipped by the supplier when available. The merchandise was great but their customer service does need improvement! It's been another week now and still no word on the 9mm disk. If it doesn't come soon I doubt I'll use this company again even thought they have a good selection of merchandise and decent pricing."

"Very Bad Customer Service!! I placed an order over two weeks in advance to ensure delivery before Christmas. After 1 week went by, I began to worry. After several emails and phone calls, I finally found out that the items that I ordered was on back order and was not going to arrive in time for Christmas. There was NO commuication from this company nor any appologies. Customer service employees were very rude, did not follow up with any of my phone calls, and they seemed more than happy to just "cancel my order."
I work for with the public. If this is what their company stands for, they need to look up the definition of "Customer Service".
I highly recommend not buying from this company!!
