I contacted Paragon Electronics in Florida and Jeff was very helpful with parts and information. I was able to get my unit working again so my order with Kimco was cancelled. Their price was the best I found online and if the need arises I will be giving them a call for a new cleaner. This was a no hassle cancellation. "

After talking with their representative on the phone the company did stand behind their free shipping promo and included all other items in my order (since they were not a significant amount of extra weight).
I'm happy with their products and their customer service. They also did a good job in packing my order for shipment and nothing was damaged (very important when shipping fragile electrical devices). I would recommend this company to others and I will gladly do business with them again."
