"Used to be a good site. Now has horrible customer service and shady stocking practices. When I ordered my item (11 days ago) the listing showed "In Stock". Sent a email on the 9th, got a reply on the 12th, even though their site claims 24h response, claiming a "slight backorder delay". Suddenly my order shows shipped. Will NOT be giving this site business again.
EDIT: Forgot to mention that kicktrading gives freebies for people who write reviews on this site."

Several e-mails written, first one replied to within 5 business days, second e-mail ignored, third e-mail requesting a refund fulfilled 5 days after but with no explanation to as to why the product was never received.
Horrible experience, very little communication, would definitely not recommend."
