"Order placed December 18th was finally shipped today on January 3rd. I replied to their email asking for my VIN number the same day, but apparently no one ever entered that info. Unfortunately no one ever contacted me to ask, I reached out on 12/30 and was asked for my vin number again, I have it again and was told the order would ship that day. I just got shipping confirmation today (1/3)."

"Received notice on 10 Dec 2019 that my order I made on-line in late November was "shipped" with a USPS tracking number to be used to check on its status. Clicking on the tracking number I was presented with a page that indicated that the item had been "delivered" on 10 Dec 2019 (same day it was shipped?) in a location somewhere in Lumberton, NC (front porch?) same city where these items were shipped (double??). I live in Chicago!! Sent an email to ****@**** to mention this and am waiting some kind of word as to where my shipment order is - at least a tracking number that shows it leaving Lumberton, NC en route to Chicago, IL. Waiting still for an answer. My checking account has been charged for the materials, too. Hope it arrives sometime."
