Customer Service (RMA)/Online Chat is worthless - Will not send me missing part that I paid for that they did not send me - BUYERS BEWARE

"I placed my order on February 10, 2024 and received my order on February 26, 2024. Took longer than their 1-3 business days shipping claim. When the package arrived, the package was missing one of the six parts that I paid for (I ordered qty 6 and only received qty 5). I called their customer service phone line and was automatically told by the guy on the phone that I MUST contact them via email only and that I MUST contact their RMA department as no one else would be able to assist me and there are no other options. I emailed RMA Customer Service on February 26, 2024 and today is March 21, 2024 and RMA customer service/KiaPartsNow have not been able to provide me with any updates or sent me my missing part. They only thing they say in their response email is "we apologize for the extended delay, we will provide you with an update as soon as possible". I try their online chat and was told they cannot assist me and refer me back to RMA. When I told them, RMA is has not done anything to assist me in getting my missing part, they just told me that that are sorry and I MUST work with RMA. The amount of time I wasted emailing them back and forth and the amount of time I lost to not being able to fix my car due to the missing parts costed me hundreds of dollars. Not to mention the inconvenience and unnecessary stress. I am STILL waiting on KiaPartsNow.com to resolve my issue but I have no faith in their business. Their online inventory shows that my missing part is available, but they can't provide me with any updates or just send me the part that I paid for. As of today, it has been 41 days since my initial order.

IF you order from KiaPartsNow, PRAY that nothing goes wrong with your order. If something does go wrong, it is unlikely they will resolve your issue. My missing part was only $11. Imagine if the parts was a couple hundred dollars. BUYERS BEWARE. One of the worst customer services and ordering experience I had in a very long time.

These people are the worst.

"I returned the item, received verification that they received they receive it but instead of getting a refund they send me an email rejecting my return stating that had exceeded the return date timeframe. The email had the tracking number for my item.(must have made up one). I send them a return email showing them the correct tracking number but instead of responding back they send me the item back without any notice that it was coming. I am a person who usually does reviews but these can't be trusted to do the right thing when it comes to their customers. I am so annoyed that I have few more reviews to add to social media. Shipped the wrong part number and 30 days later still no resolution

"Ordered a part for a 2009 Sportage, part #921603K000. They sent part #921403K000. I emailed and asked for an RMA, They asked for pictures of the wrong part, and its packaging with part number listed on it. I provided this information, then they came back and wanted a picture of the box it was shipped in. (It was shipped in a Manila soft pack envelope which I did not keep. It has been over 30 days, I still do not have the correct part. I had to go through my local Kia dealer and pay more than twice the price for the correct part as it is a safety issue to not have turn signals. I predict they will never make this right and I will assume they have taken my money and I will probably never deal with them again. I work in customer service and if I had treated one of our customers this way I would be looking for work."
