very disappointed

"learned the lesson to never order anything from Khanapakana. They advertise online things that are not even available to sell and they let customers know after 3 to 4 days of ordering that we will give you your money back. Also the customer service is very bad, instead of helping the customer who is already not happy with what happened with them the rep would say we cant do much about it!!!!!!!!!!!"

Hopeless customer relations

"I'll never order from them again. I ordered their Henna Hair Color on Feb. 4 and they quoted me 3-4 days to process and 1-2 days to ship it to NV. Next day they email me that the product is not-in-stock. (Why don't they have an inventory program to show this status?) Anyway, they offered an alternate product but it does not match my hair color so I told them to cancel the order. They said it will be refunded to my credit card within 2-3 days... depending on my CC company. After three emails from me asking when my "credit" was going to be processed, they finally showed the refund on my CC account on March 6. I was paying interest charges all that time. It takes them 1 day to take the money out of my account, but it takes 1-month to put it back in. I'll never buy anything from these guys again."

I wish I checked this aweful company out before I ordered

"the worst experience ever
took them 8 days to let me know that they would be shipping "soon"
I asked how many days is soon---they still said soon
when I received the pkg 2 weeks later ---the shipped me different mdse than what I ordered

I bought 3 products and all are poor quality.

"I bought 3 products and all are poor quality.
I received the products and the Amla Oil , Coconut oil and Castor oil, all are poor in quality, it is not 100% vegetable oil.
Even with the unhappy customer with the product, it does not offer refunds.
Look that was the first and last time I used your website for purchase.

"I ordered tea from KhanaPakana.com and they charged by credit card for the order. Six days later I received an email saying they can not get the tea I ordered and they would refund the amount to my credit card. Why would they advertise a product they can't get? And why would they charge my credit card if they didn't have the product or know if they could get it? I suspect this is illegal. In any case, I would recommend ordering elsewhere. "

"Very Bad customer service in the first go.Never they have bothered about the customers..I ordered my products on Sept 10 and toady is Sept 15,Wen I called them regarding my products they say it is still not shipped!!!!!!!! Why im so angry now is because when i added each item in the cart,it says it will be shipped in 48 hours!!!!! Its now past 72 hours...Status is still not shipped and out of 20 items i have ordered,half of them are not in stock..By the way the Customer service agent spoke to me,I doubt that i get my refund back...All what he says he 'I dont know mam,,its not in our hands' ...Crap.....then y is he made to sit in the customer service seat when he doesnt know anything...

This is my first order..I have learnt a lesson now..Never in my life il place orders in Khana pakana...Very irresposible people..I dont know who licenced them....Real Scamsters...Zero rating from my side.

"I had to cancel my order today on phone as the stuff they show online was not on stock . They were expecting me to wait for more days. The person on phone was very unprofessional. Extremely disappointed. I guess rent a car and go as they also charge $25-30 for shipping else not on time and than making excuses. Of try Patel brothers better than this service. "

"I just ordered shredded coconut, black salt, cinnamon, and a couple of other things. I asked for and was charged for standard shipping but I see on the box they sent it '2 day' priority mail and I was not charged for the special shipping rate. Was expecting it to be much slower after reading other reviews but I was not in a hurry . So my personal experience was awesome and the bulk products look great. "

"Ordered stuff on August 28th, was supposed to ship in 3/4 days but it has not been shipped till 09.11.14.

It seems they do not stock the items in their warehouse. Once they get an order then they go around to buy it from other sources.

If you don't have 15/20 days to wait for your stuff to reach you then DO NOT USE them.

I will not use them in future.

"Having ordered from them three times , I have mixed feelings. On the plus side their prices are reasonable, their shipping speed about average, their expiration dates OK, and nothing has yet arrived broken.

On the minus side, two times out the three, as others have complained, they told me several days after I placed the order that one or more items were unavailable, and asked whether they could make a substitution -- one of the three times I needed a specific brand, so I cancelled the entire order. Also, while they bubble wrap the jars well, they, as I've told them twice now, don't use enough 'void filler' (paper/peanuts/air pillows, etc...) so the jars, or whatever, can bounce around and bang into each other in transit, which puts the shipment at risk just to save a few cents in packaging material. Not smart.

So, to sum up, if they started keeping better track of their inventory so they could tell us BEFORE we order what is and what isn't currently in stock, and also packed their boxes better, then I'd go from a lukewarm thumbs up to a moderately enthusiastic one.

"Ordered a bunch of stuff on Aug 12 and when called to check status on Aug 21 they say it is not shipped because 1 item is out of stock. I told them to ship what they have and cancel the rest. I got no email from them that my order was delayed and I needed it quick for a party. I hope they ship what they have soon. Donot buy from them if you need timely shipping."

"I place an order april 28 and may 5th i was sent an email that the order was shipped. On may 4th i spoke to customer service and told them that if my order was not shipped by May 8th (which would be 2wks since i place the order) then i would like a full refund.It was because of this may 8 th deadline that they hurry up and send me a tracking number that my order was shipped on may 5th. Then on may 6th the sent another email that 90% of my order was not shipped and i would be refunded within 3 days. These people of shady and take advantage of customers by sending 10% of an order and claiming that they do not have the rest. I would have been happier with a full refund and not be tossed around by some ass holes who feels that they have a right to play with with my money that i had to work hard for. I am still waiting for my full refund to go back to my account.Don't buy from these shady people because they will give you nothing but disappointment personally and monetary. Bad choice of retailer."
