"I ordered a battery charger and battery for my Sony dvd 301 camcorder. Ordering and shipping process was fine. Received goods quickly. Then the charger quit working. Called Key Battery and got a RMA. Shipped it to them and asked for a credit on my card. It's been over 2 weeks since they've received the item and no credit yet. I called them twice and they assured me the credit will be issued. Ok.... when? Christmas? 2010? Their credit issuing/RMA process is broken. Come on Key Battery... you can do better than this.------------Update: Finally got the credit posted to my card after over 2 weeks. If Key Battery can fix the credit/RMA process they would be a good vendor to purchase from."
