"I talked to the sales department an explained how important it was that I get my Labels as soon as possible. And with what I was told, I didn't think paying extra for freight wasn't needed. I also was told they would let me know when the order would ship. I called back after the date it should have shipped to learn that it wasn't being worked on yet and they had to push it through ASAP to get it out. I have learned to NOT count on my order for weeks after I place it. And I cant count on anyone following up with me as I was told. I think that service could improve a bit."
