"This is 100% a scam, as others have mentioned they charge you a recurring $29.97 every 28 days. Their website isn't even available any longer. They do start processing an automated refund if you email their customer service.
To do that, go to your original order confirmation, and click the email address for the customer support, and mention your order number, they only refund for the previous 3 months, but im looking into seeing if i can get more.
I am also looking into the possibility of a class action lawsuit against these people, for financial losses. Also, if you are above the age of 60 years old, we can possibly turn this into a felony criminal case, in regards to financial explotstion of the elderly. Google the stuff below to understand what I'm referring to.

"I only WISH I would have searched the ratings of this "website" before buying something from them last November (It is June now). I bought a tiny little 9.99 item I think and little did I know that it is literally IN THEIR TERMS OF SERVICE that they will charge you $29.97 every 28 days for some "PLATINUM MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP" until you cancel. I don't remember ANYWHERE on the original purchase where it included that item in the Checkout screen or anything like that. They are CLEARLY taking advantage of people with these predatory practices. I wrote in to their support email and almost immediately received an email back saying they would cancel the membership and refund 3 months "per their policy", meanwhile I've been charged for 7 months!! Obviously with the speed they return these complaint emails, they are clearly used to it and it's part of their process. They auto-sign you up and then hope people don't notice until the 3 months are up and then HEY, they've made $30 bucks at least, and based off the reviews here, usually a LOT more. I didn't notice the charge until I signed up for an app that tracks monthly subscriptions, so if you haven't done that, I would DEFINITELY recommend signing up for some kind of service like that, at least for 1 month to check if you have any unwanted or unknown "Memberships" that you had no idea you were paying for. As soon as I get my refund from them I will be writing the Better Business Bureau and leaving a review there as surely this is not legal thing to do, and surely they can see based off all of the reviews of the site that no one knows what the company is doing to them. They can't hide behind fine print in their TOS. Pathetic, disgusting, terrible people that are probably rich off other people's accidental purchases. Shameful. There are no words."
"I recently discover this company has been charging 29.95 from my account since January. I have no idea who they are and its impossible to talk to them. I contacted the fraud Dept with the CC company and it looks like they are beginning to refund the payments they stole. If this has happened to anyone else contact the CC company. They stated it's written on there when you make a purchase but it's not and they will not refund you all the money for the monthly charges that you don't even know are being charged. Keeps Forever sent me a receipt for 1 charge of $19.97 and submitted the charge to my credit union for a monthly fee of $19.97 to be debited on the 15th of each month. I caught it in time, they only received two payments but now I have to file a claim to get that payment back and cancel my debit card. What a hassle, not to mention the horrible feeling of being scammed. Not good!!"
