Order went through with confirmation, but after not receiving any shipping status decided to check their website. Then & only then did I learn they canceled my order for 'out of stock'. "I ordered a motherboard that was labeled as "in stock". I did not receive any email confirmation, upon ordering and I was unable to receive any order status information from their website. I had to wait until Monday to contact them by phone. After fifteen minutes of truly obnoxious menu hopping and hold music, I finally spoke with a human being. I then find out that the item was never truly in stock to begin with. I would love to know if my order was actually canceled, but I didn't receive that email either.
This company wasted a pretty good chunk of my time. Unless you enjoy incompetence, I would stay away."

"I tried to order with Katerno using their "alternate checkout" method through a PAY PAL link on their site. Received a confirmation email from Pay Pal authorizing the sale, but then found the item still in "my cart" on Katerno.com. Called and emailed their customer service -- their website wanted me to re-enter all my credit card info to process the order but PAY PAL said they could then charge me TWICE, once with Pay Pal and once from their own site. I held off on completing my order on the Katerno website, then received an order confirmation from Katerno -- very confusing. After all this it all tuned out fine. I received my item quickly and my account has been charged appropriately. If they had just cleaned up some website administration it would have been a fine experience."

March 29 I received an e-mail canceling the order as out of stock. I checked their website and the exact item I had ordered with the same manufacturers model number was shown as in stock but for over $400 more.
