"I ordered 2 barcelona chairs from Kardiel, they actually do have a great customer support staff, somewhat knowledgable and very helpful. Their shipping was quick but the carrier they use mangled the boxes resulting in one of my chairs having a few deep scratches. Anyways the chair was not what was promised though, the steel frame used was very thin and the cushion of the barcelona chairs were a cheap density cushion. After 2 months of usage my chairs have shriveled up and are not comfortable at all. The thin frame also results in the chair to be too springy. I wish I could give them full marks"

"Stacy sent me samples of unique colors that I did not find elsewhere. Ordered a Barcelona style chair in white and a ball chair in orange. The barcelona was a little higher than some others but it was full grain aniline leather like the original with proper lower profile cushion thickness. the others I found online were a cheaper version of leather and the cushions were too fat. The delivery was pretty quick, about 7 days"
