Extremely dissatisfied

"Extremely dissatisfied! I ordered a diamond eye 3.5-in muffler delete pipe for my '03 5.9 diesel. They sent the wrong part, made me pay return shipping and then added a 15% restocking fee... It ended up costing me 68.41 for their mistake. Stay far far away and heed all these reviews. They did not even bother to put it in a box. They just slapped a shipping label on the pipe and it showed up with the end slightly bent"

"You place an order and they claim to have it in stock but then you wait and nothing comes. When you call them they tell you it is out of stock. Still waiting for my refund.

WARNING. Google the complaints about this so called Company. All the reviews show it is your fault, responses are rude, condesending and unprofessional. I've even emailed the owner who would argue with you all day rather than devote his attention to this pityful service company. Don't waste your time trying to negoiate with him, he would rather argue, lie and deceive. I'm sure you don't understand. All the many many online complaints clearly show ya"ll are very simple minded and all the complaints online you
blame the customer, it is never KTPerformance fault. All the replies are written very unprofessional and rude. I'll try to clear up your confusion if you
promise to get someone with common sense to read it and explain it to you.

Your website showed the part would be DELIVERED OCT 16 before I put it in the cart and in your confirmation email. Fedex sent an email showing it will be delivered OCT 16. At the end of the day, Fedex changed it to will be delivered OCT 17. At the end of the day, they changed it to will be delivered OCT 18 BY 10:05AM. I emailed you morons of their delay because unlike your poor organization, they work Sat & Sun and those are what you would call "BUSINESS
DAYS' It arrived at 11:21am not by 10:05

I placed the order because I needed it OCT 16 NOT OCT 18 therefore you lied to a customer once again. Those dates are not the FREE NEXT BUSINESS DAYS as you falsely stated.

Got it now IGMO? Please get someone to explain it to you.

Gary, I'm extremely confused of the issue with your order and why you feel it did not meet expectations.

You placed your order on Thursday 10/14 at 6:10pm (our hours are 9am-6pm). When you placed your order for the $41 part, you elected the "FREE Ground Shipping" option.

Your order was processed the next morning, 10/15 at 9:28am. The order was shipped out that same day and the tracking information was sent to you.

Your order then arrived to you on the very next business day, Monday 10/18 at 11:21am.

• Your order was placed after hours on Thursday thus making it a order for Friday morning.
• Your order was processed and shipped on Friday
• Your item arrive the morning of the next business day
• You elected the "FREE Ground Shipping" which shows it might take up to 5+ business days

So when the facts are laid out, your FREE shipping was delivered to you the next business day. So I'm still confused on what delivery you thought you were receiving as you should have been extremely happy with your FREE Next Day AM Delivery.

Still waiting almost 3 months for a product I paid for.

"I've been waiting 55 business days and 77 calendar days for a product that I paid for and haven't received. I NEED the product I paid for or my money back. I am a patient individual but this has become excessive. My first two emails received a response and the second couple of emails did not receive a response."

**** poor company with poss poor service

"Ordered an overhaul kit from them and main bearings came in wrong size and there was a cracked piston ring straight out of the box. Called them first thing in the morning and they did nothing at all to correct the issue and in fact were complete a holes on the phone. To say the least I had to end up buying a brand new set of main bearings that were the correct size along with new piston rings. I would not recommend buying anything from KT performance. Their customer service beyond **** and they do not back their products. "

Horrible customer service

"Ordered and they sent wrong parts, called them and they said no problem we will send you an RMA number and shipping label, once they get it back they will ship the correct parts, never got RMA number so we called back and shortly after we finally got it but still didn't receive a return label so we called back and he said that will come after the RMA number, so we waited and still nothing, the next day we called back and he was a **** and said you dont get a return label cause it was our fault for ordering wrong parts, we didn't order wrong parts, and he had already said he would take care of it then changed it and was a ****, we bought several expensive things from them but this will be the last , customer service was horrible and that's poor business, customers should come first "

" I own a small business in my tow truck need a new turbo the prices were average with everyone else's I ordered my part a week later when I was due to receive the part in the mail half of my order came and the turbo that I had ordered had not been shipped yet the vehicle that this turbo is for is my company truck how I make my living I asked if the turbo could be overnight Shipped at no expense to me because of the product not being shipped when it was supposed to be I was told that the margin of profit was too small for their company to take a hit for overnight shipping my business does anything to keep its customer service up I do not advertise all of my business is word of mouth my company has tripled in size in less than three years because of my customer service I believe that Internet based company should have better customer service and it is one of the most important parts of business I'm very dissatisfied I then was told that I would receive my part no later then Friday Friday came and went and still no part I will be waiting another weekend and not receiving my part until Monday I'm losing out on a lot of money that I feed my family and my employees with"

"My 2004 Ford Excursion PSD was in the shop being bulletized. The shop was given one week to complete the repair as we needed the truck back for an out of town trip. Two of those days would be lost to head resurfacing and hot tank cleaning of the intake manifold. The mechanic initially thought he could clean and rebuild the existing turbo. In the end it was determined we needed a new turbo. Ford wanted big bucks for a rebuilt model. I was able to order an upgraded Garrett Powermax turbo with 2nd day air delivery from KT Performance and saved about $500. 00. I called them to ensure product was in stock. They assured me it was. I completed the order via the website then called them just to make sure it would ship the same day. Long story short they kept their promises and Turbo was delivered on time and very well packed. Now if the upgraded turbo performs as well as KT Performance team members I'll be a very happy camper. Highly recommended with great customer service!!"
