"I have been ordering from KT Botanicals for several years now. I have always received my orders on time and at times even quicker than expected. They provide very fine quality specimens here and have not once made a mistake with an order. Absolutely beautiful examples of the Washington state Amanita Muscaria and the highest quality Kratom extract I have ever seen, the 50x Full Spectrum.
Besides the great plants and extracts these folks provide, I have a lot of respect for Tyler and his vision for the future of these plants to remain available to those who need them. I follow him on the forums, he is a very educated, professional and respectful individual.

"There are so many reasons to give this company a negative feedback. First off, they lie, lie, lie. Second off, they DO cut their Kratom. They even admitted it to me (unknowingly to them). That is why all you people are complaining about their stuff seeming so low grade and cheap. It's because its not pure! It's cut with other inert plant material so they can stretch it out and make more money off all of us.
My last order took a month to get to me. Even though they charged my credit card as soon as I placed the order. They didnt tell me they didnt have it in stock when I purchased... I had to wait until weeks passed by and I contacted them asking whats up? Then they make up excuses, um we cant get it just yet, etc. Then it comes finally, weak as crap (because they cut it with who knows what just so they could ship me out something). Dont trust what they write about their products on their website. Its not true! They just write whatever will sell the product, and that's what they do!
Please, do not waste your time and money on them. Go somewhere else!! Anywhere else but here. They do not deserve the money ripping people off online like this. "I ordered a gram of 20x salvia divinorum from KT Botanicals Monday, it took 2 days to process then it told me it would take 1-3 days to ship. I expected it to be here next week on Monday, to my surprise it came here today (Saturday) and in good packaging! it is all there and I have yet to test the product but it all seems to be in good condition. I tested the product, it does nothing."

"i have made orders with this company for well over a year, probably 2. i have never had trouble receiving orders, or with their contents. recently i received an item that i thought was under par, not that the item was useless just not up to the standards ive come to expect.
so i emailed and complained. I asked that they look into the problem to prevent a repeat on my next order. the next day i received an email acknowledging the trouble, and the tracking information for another of the item i ordered. this is not something i expected or asked for.
this makes me question the reviews floating around claiming bad customer service. this company is a+ all around."
"GIANT RIPOFF!!! WONT REPLY TO EMAILS. They have my $ and my product. In retrospect, any company who spends the kind of time they have with their precious shipping FAQS has an issue with nondelivery.

Travis and I reached an agreement. I just want to say, If KT botanical is looking for a warm fuzzy, wrong Grandma here.
That said, he spent some time talking with me. He SUGGESTED: A full refund. A reshipment via ups 3 day select, and imparted some homeopathic wisdom to me.
End result, As of 4-06-11 I had all my money back. As of 4-7-11, I had everything I ordered. He also included a sample from his wares, and a recommendation on some websites where I could do some research on other products. The recommendation proved invaluable. I wish that he had of gotten things right first. He did go above and beyond to repair the situation.
In the end, he was above pay grade in delivery and time spent. A priceless source of information. A treasure in personality. Get your stuff in a tighter formation Travis. Your energies are best used getting it correct the first time. His mom did a good job. In the end, I will be back and order again and again. I'm not concerned at all about reordering. Give em a try, but bust him if it aint right. "

I have place several orders over the past 5 months with these guys and have dealt with both Travis and Tyler, as well as Kacey who must be new there. "I orderd Persian white poppy seeds from this company.what I got was A pack that said persian white poppy seed on it but the seed were not persian white seeds. these seeds were black and bluish gray.and the was only 200 or so seeds there was supose to be 1500 to 2000 seeds, true Persian white seeds are white not black or blue or gray.this is the second time ktbotanicals has mest up my order. Its as if some one delibratly put the wrong seeds in the pack"

"DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!! Company is an outright scam. I paid over $80 for salvia foliage and 20x salvia extract as advertised. What I received looked like dead leaves from your standard backyard leaf dump and charcoal dust. 3 different people confirmed this stuff was absolute garbage. Even worse, after my repeated email inquiries, this company refused delivery of the goods when I paid additional shipping to return them. Now I'm out almost $100.
