"My 1d mkiii arrived sooner than expected. Unfortunately the unit had some issues. Error messages. And the included battery did not fit the charger. Missing port cover. I called customer service. They really provided no support. So i submitted a ticket via online. I received a response the next day along with a return authorization. Since i was in the Atlanta metro i decided to make the return in person rather than via FedEx. I’m glad i did. I got a chance to see the new storefront as well as interact with a very professional staff. The return was processed quickly, the new camera with compatible battery and charger were in my hands and i was in my way back home in no time. I would have given 5 stars but the order should have been checked thoroughly before shipping so that i didn’t have to return. But i guess nobody’s perfect. Overall i am very pleased with the purchase and the keh staff. "
