"After many, many attempts to figure out where my delivery was and when it would be delivered, I gave up trying. I gave their customer service several "final-final-final" attempts to provide credible information, but they could not. Promises to fix the problem were fumbled.
Unable to wait any longer, I asked them to cancel the order and went out and purchased an alternate product. The next day the delivery arrived! After asking why they delivered it they indicated they could not cancel the order because it was in transit. Then, they would not authorize a return nor pick up the product. Sad company. I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering from KBA."
"This is the 2nd Ove Decors bathroom vanity I have ordered from Kitchen and Bath Authority. Both orders were well communicated and arrived in a timely manner. Both vanities were extremely well packaged and arrived without damage. One has been installed for about 5 months now and is as beautiful and functional as I expected! I am just as excited for the next one to be installed as it has a bit of a different look but the same fun conveniences. Solid, well built vanities!!"

"Their return policy is terrible, as they do not offer full refunds or take care of return shipping (all of this is buried on their site). They also have taken over three weeks after the piece was returned to the manufacturer and have still not processed the refund. Avoid."

"Ordered a 40 inch sink - no problem. It arrived in ~ 12 pieces. Packaging was rather lite, so it wasn't a surprise. Sent in some pix of the damage & they re-shipped. Got here even faster the 2nd time, in 1 piece despite the same packaging. I have yet to install it so can't speak to that. It is a wall mount unit & does seem somewhat heavy for only 2 large anchor holes. I am exploring the use of some nearly out-of-sight steel reinforcing bars that it can rest on. Hopeful.......... "
" Purchased BELLATERRA Home 800631-25 - upon installation had to cut out back for drain pipe to discover entire back and main shelf is made of MDF type material. Upon contacting vendor and MFG - they are standing behind statement that no MDF.
“The product specs are correct, our vanities do not use MDF or particle board. The main structural frame and all of the supporting frames in the back of the cabinet are made of solid wood. The back panel and shelves are made of plywood. This particular model will have a single-ply plywood at the back panel, so it would be thin and pliable. The shelf which is less than 24” wide would be either 3/8” or 1/2” thick plywood.” – BellaTerra Customer Service.
Subsequent advertisement has been updated to state Hardwood, which is another false statement! Could have bought same type of product from box store for 50% less. Waiting for the moisture to attack the MDF and I will be replacing in 3-4 years. Very disappointed."
"I ordered a vanity from KB Authority for our second home. When it arrived it was beautiful and very nice quality. Our home doesn't get every day use. Shortly after installing the vanity (about 2 months) I noticed a chip in the rim of the sink. I contacted KB and was told to contact Wyndham directly. I did, and apparently after the vanity has been delivered there is no warranty. A month later there was another chip. I'm not sure if I just got a bad piece of countertop or not but I would not recommend buying a Wyndham vanity as they do not stand behind their products. Extremely disappointed as the vanity was $1800.00. I thought it should last longer than a couple of months with one daughter using the area.

"In December 2019, I ordered a mirrored cabinet from K&B. My project was postponed until March so I did not open the box to examine contents. One glass shelf was chipped. I contacted K&B who contacted the manufacturer so that I may order two more shelves (one as a backup). The cost was $30/shelf. I got busy and didn't order right away. A few weeks later, I received two shelves in a large cylinder shipment container. FREE OF CHARGE! That is over the top, excellent customer service in my book. Thank you so much!!! We love our Fresca medicine cabinet (#FMC8011). Quality built!! "
