"Sold me tail lighrs that were supposed to be for my year model truck. They didnt work and so i got them to send me another pair and they didnt work either. So either their product **** or they lied about what year model its supposed to go on"

"BMW e38 led rear tail lights Cloudy lens after 4 months of use. Car is never driven in rain and sits under a water resistant bmw car cover all year long. In fact they have less than 450 miles of use.
When asked about replacement they declined to stand by their product.
I strongly suggest going elsewhere to spend your money. Very disappointed and wish that they had the decency to replace them. "

"I purchased a set of step bars for my fathers truck, but despite careful measuring, somehow they didn’t fit the mounting style for his truck. The product was otherwise great quality, as described and expected, and arrived in a timely fashion. The sustainer service helper I had (thanks James C) was super helpful and nice; helping me figure out how to structure a return for such a bulky item. I would use them again for parts Because of their customer service and product quality... I’ll just double check all measurements next time :)"
"So at first my lights were nice and everything but then they started fogging up inside housing so I replaced it with warranty but they sent a bad replacement then second time they sent wrong temperature light so different color. And when I talk to manager Mr. Henry he lied and said I didn't call and talk to a guy who said they would replace my light so now I'm stuck with a white light and a blue tinted light. I'm extremely not happy and do not recommend dealing with these people who try to swindle you through deals to cut off your warranty. Not happy at all!"

"My order arrived on time but it was missing part.i called k2 motor and was told they will have it to me within 24 hours. 3 days later nothing so i called them back and was told they was sorry that its being shipped to me and the manger offered me $5 back on my $98 order for the trouble they have caused me only if i would give a good reveiw i was told.what a joke i told them no i would place the review as it has happened .This is day 4 and still haven't recieved my part.would not recomend doing business with them. there are other companies that take better care of there customers with the same prices.Hope this helps future customers "

"Ordered a grill and headlights they said they fit my truck I got them and nothing fits called the poor customer service they said it was my fault argued and the 3rd time calling they guy admitted the listing was wrong and they need to change it and they didnt send the correct return label got to wait longer for that! oh but wait the restocking fee is waived.... "I just received my Projector Halo LED headlights for my 2001 Suburban. One word: Awesome! The whole transaction and process was great! The packaging was done well, had all related information in a pamphlet, etc. The HID bulbs I ordered were also great. I would DEFINITELY refer K2Motor to a friend! I recently (week prior) bought a set from ProTuningLab and boy did I regret it! The packaging was literally just taped together made out of two different boxes, one HID was unusable it flickered so bad, one Halo went out the NEXT day which ticked me off to the point I didn't even send the assemblies back, I baked, opened, rewired 2 new LEDS and resistor and put it back together myself! I went ahead and got this new set from K2 just incase things didn't go well with the other set (which I will now customize with paint, new different leds etc).. Buy from K2!! It'll save you trouble with other companies!! Thanks K2!"
